How to Make Butter

The health benefits of butter surpass the sheer pleasure of eating it.  Dr. Weston Price understood the benefits of saturated fats and he often administered butter oil (combined with cod liver oil) to the sick and watched them recover.
The saturated fat-myth has damaged our health, and we have catching up to do!  Rich in iodine and Vitamins A and E, it’s a must for women!

To Make Butter:

Skimming cream from grassfed raw milk.

Allow cream to rise to the top of your fresh milk. Skim.

Pour cream into food processor and process until chunks form.

Pour off the buttermilk and save for another use, like pancakes!

Use cold water and a wooden spoon to wash the remainder of the buttermilk from the butter. Add sea salt if desired.
